Medway's Vision  for RHE

Medway’s RHE curriculum is focused on embedding probity within each individual. Through exploring topics surrounding Democracy, the Rule of Law, Respect and Tolerance and Individual Liberty, children learn what it means to be human in the modern-day world.
With oratory driven lessons, we aim for pupils to leave Medway beginning to understand:
• How to be respectful, accepting and kind to both themselves and individuals of all races, faiths and backgrounds.
• What safety means in terms of healthy family living, online safety and peer safety.
• How to contribute positively to an ever-changing society, taking into account the fundamental British values.
